May not be exactly sweet, but my GF wips out one in about 15 minutes that taste great to me.  She puts water to boil in a pot, adds some of that chiclken concentrate granulate, cuts a few tomatoes into slices, adds a potatoe cut in chunks, and a carrot too, and a few thin noodles,  she lets it boil unltil carrot and potatoe are soft, and wips an egg and drops it slowly while stirring the pot to make it (the egg) into thin portions.
I really enjoy it, now during winter it tastes and feel very nice.

My gf makes rice wine porridge and it is great!  I luvit, luvit, luvit!   buy rice wine, some dried goji berries, dates and a little honey.  put in hot water.  whip an egg on top.  Delicious.
