Anyone at the wheel of any vehicle. And if that doesn't do it, the pollution will get you sooner or later.

in china you are possibly supposed die out of HbV induced liver diseases if u prefer to sleep with lot of Chinese. bcos majority of population tested positive for HbV

I would say cancer. Pretty much everything gives you cancer here and I've never met one single Chinese person who hasn't had cancer in the family. I found this article about China's top killers which offers more food for thought. When I read it, I thought to myself, "man, I don't want to die from a disease. Just make it quick and painless like a traffic accident or plane crash or something..."
