Q: What is the best Chinese brand name phone?
Is there a popular one at the moment?
so many,velox,,rock, chimers, fortis, vigis, panter, aphone matrix, gtyphon, cyberjam, eclipse, astrum,,,,,,,,, i had a samsnug, worked but i threw it away when i went home last time.
Lenovo, Xiaomi, Huawei, ZTE are the latest brand with global reach. They even have fantastic smart phones mainly Lenovo and Huawei with latest Quadcore, ICS 4 operating system. Huawei is even building their own Quadcore processors which they used in their latest phone. Though they are Chinese, prices of Lenovo and Huawei are bit expensive compared to Xiaomi. There is another brand called Meizu whose price is just little bit under famous brands like Samsung, LG, HTC.
For Android there is Xiaomi, they make great Android phones at a low price and it uses the MIUI software. Another popular Chinese brand is Huawei, they recently released the Ascend P1, and the D Quad should arrive next month. I also find Oppo a good manufacturer of phones as well, the Find 3 is pretty cool.
ZTE is fairly popular as well ,they make both Android and Windows Phones.
What about HTC?

I had a ZTE. It might last ten months if you're very careful and lucky.
