Q: What is the best way to electronically transfer RMB to a foreign bank?
I have a Bank of China account. I need to transfer money to an American bank. What is the best way to do this? Or, is there a way I can set up online banking with BoC so I can do it myself?
Gotta pay those student loans!

you must do a wire transfer and fillout a special form bring someone who knows chinese for yourr first time

another way is to open an account here and send the bank card home and have someone you trust on the other side simply use the card to withdraw funds when needed to pay your bills WAY less fee's and B.S.
