If a candidate would come to me with bad attitude or lack of motivation and dedication to his work, then I wouldn't hire him.

They ask the Chinese for copies of their ids, which have photos, and they give out photos with resumes anyway, and have you noticed most offices, hospitals, schools, etc have "meet the staff" photo boards?

Of course they want their foreigners to look foreign but it is just a photo-crazy culture anyway.
