So I taught group fitness in the states and was thinking of trying to teach here. I'm finding that I don't fit the bill of what clubs want...which is fine. I would like to work in a health club environment. I am finding that the idea of physical health and mental health together, are not supported in the big named gyms here. I could be wrong, but just wondeing what expats think of this (if its thought about at all)
To me nothing comes to mind, it strikes me as a nonsensical term.

Thats fair because thats what they said at Physical and Alexander when I asked them and they tried to translate it. I think its like agnostic. The translation is strange
Mental hygiene/health is emotional well-being, Exercise is just as good for your mind as it is your body. Working out for both is a popular concept here in the states, and I'm kind of surprised it isn't in China... considering activities like Tai Chi and Kite Flying are perfect for clearing the mind.
Having a clean mind, clear thoughts and level headedness.Thoughts are like plants they can grow to be obnoxious weeds or beautiful flowers. The mind is the garden of the person.
BRAINWASHING!!!!
Ok, seriously, I would agree with what Starwmanz said.
We have the Three Wise Monkeys (hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil) so I would also add Think No Evil!
