Q: What is in that dumpling sauce?
So I ordered dumpling and ate most of them... then I drank the sauce and ate the garlic chunks. My heart is pounding so hard it feels like my chest is going to explode, and my stomach is killing me. The effects were almost immediate... what the heck did they put in it?
usually dumplings are boiled in unsalted water, maybe with a couple of vegetables floating around. maybe you've gotten a dash of MSG. Could also be the other parts of the food that is causing you discomfort. You probably shouldn't be too surprised if some nasty toilet visits are in your immediate future. If it doesn't get worse, just hold tight and make sure to drink some plain water (at the temperature of your choice) and if it doesn't stop in a couple of hours go see a doctor.

Good thing I'll be on a train for more than 16 hours soon, and can't ever seem to use the bathroom on a train... and if I do, Diarrhea Hulk may surface...

Diarrhea Hulk. Doesn't sound like the name of a top selling action figure.

msg would have affectd him in other ways. he's ingested to many acidic foods.

MSG has never bothered me at all. At least not in common quantities.

ah crimo acidic. some people add vinegar to the water used for boiling dumplings.
the lesson to be learned. ONLY eat fried stuff.
what the puck is wrong with you? you drank the sauce? with the garlic it's ww3 in your goddam stomach. yogurt and hopefully you can find some antacid, i always keep a stash from the states

It was really, really good... but it caused a lot of pain almost immediately. Then the shop owner gave me some Coca Cola for free, and I drank some... honestly felt like it was shanzhai coke... it was coke mudslide (WTF?) that tasted like cigarette ashes (WTF? x2).
I feel much better now. Just have a really putrid garlic breath that won't go away... it's WW3 in my mouth. Halitosis Hulk already knocked out the taxi driver. 
Spent the last 12 hours burping and farting non-stop. I woke up and literally burped until I ran out of breath... one big long burp... and then I continued to burp and burp... to say nothing of Diarrhea Hulk's epic appearance.... I don't think half of this was humanely possible.
Don't drink a bowl of dumpling sauce and then eat the garlic chunks... you have been warned!

consuming all that acid at once gave you gas. you do know that sauce is essentially vinegar
sorry HULK, buddy, ...this is my diagnosis;">. Diarrhea can be a major result of a massive hangover.
