Q: what is the recommended wage (salary) for a sourcing agent full time.
i have a worker who is telling me she does not get paid enough.
how much is a good wage for a sourcing agent who work full time and uses their intrnet and phone?

The agent is also like a recruiter and they have to get a certain number of qualified people in a certain amount of time. That's the pressure they have in that type of job. The agents get paid when one they find a qualified person and two the company agrees to hire them.

For the fresh graduates, trial 2 months—1800--2000rmb each month, then every 3 months raise 500rmb til maybe 4000rmb. Also provide them 1% to 3% commission.
For the experienced ones, trail 1 month---2500rmb each month, then every 3 months raise ….then depends on the performance, and normally give the experienced workers 3% to 5%...
By the way, we don't provide accommodation and food as most of the people do in downtown Guangzhou.
Our company run like this…he he…maybe we are too good to our staff ! but I think this is the point that staff are willing to work here….

There is nothing agents can do that you cannot do better for yourself friend.
I do not think 4000 RMB is enough for your staff
Frankly speaking, I am Chinese but I get one thousand dollar per mont, (about 6250RMB/month), I still get commission if I do something good.
Today salary increased and life cost increased a lot as well, otherwise it's hard to survive here... believe me ...
