This company is just a shitty hole. The boss came to our office to play the vedio very loud in the office, ridiculous, I never met any business owner act like this to disturb employee's work. 

No wonder he even can't afford to pay salary, completely a morton on business management.

I do not want to work here, just has not found a better way out now.

I have been struggling. I didn't have much savings by not able to hold down to a job for a long time before. Finally now I have worked on this job for almost a year, I like the job, I did good sales, the boss values me obviously, didn't get paid on time but still got paid, the salary is nice here. I now get familiar with the job. I can save money fast if I keep working on this job much longer. A stable familiar job saves me more time and energy for resting well, looking for a bf and develop my own business instead of going around to look for new jobs and trying to get better on new jobs. All goes well if I keep working on this same job I have now.

The only problem is I didn't get along with those employees in the same office for not being smart enough.

I still have not made decision to stay or leave. The only problem made me very unhappy now is the people in the same office, they are isolating me and play mean drama to embarrass me.

The assistant girl asked a day off today, I am wondering if she would quit after cny, but I sensed there's a possibility.

If the assistant left, all I need to deal is to get rid of the designer. Even if the designer stayed, as long as the assistant quit, she would lose her ally and I could just try to be picky on her work to make her feel hard to work here. Her job is to revise artwork for my customers.

I know it is evil to play trick on people to leave, but if I want to stay, that's the best way to deal. They are not good people anyway, I do not feel guilty to do it.

The designer is the one who would insult me but played the trick saying she never said such word to insult me.lol
