Q: What's good to eat in Guilin?

I've heard some whack things about Guangxi food, like dog, snake, even cat etc. But for normal people, what's a good Guilin dish?

What do you mean normal? Normality is... ... ...

But really, if you take dog as meat, it's actually not bad. You have to be moar open-minded!

Guilin noodles (桂林米粉)are some of the best noodles in China, the soup is a very good blend of over 50 herbs and spices. I miss living in Yangshuo and eating them everyday...

A:If he did contact the embassy they would tell him to engage a lawyer. They at least might be able to point him towards a somewhat decent lawyer, I don't think they'd be of much help aside from that though. I doubt the lawyer would be able to do much other than help negotiate the compensation he will need to pay.   -- Stiggs
