Q: What's the most famous food or dish in China?

So I'm wondering this and I'm not exactly quite sure what it is yet. Thailand had that papaya food that smells which is really popular there. Korea has Kimchi which is their popular food. Japan has the SUshi. What is China's famous food or dish?
