Difficult to answer maybe. Although many school often advertise for native speakers only, it is often not the case. Usually schools and training centers will except almost anyone who can speak English, fluent or not. Sort of leaves the door open really. So my guess is almost anywhere out side China.

Schools only advertise for "native speakers" because some provincial authorities will not deliver a working visa to non-native speakers when it comes to language teaching, if it was only for the school they would hire any foreign face out there with an obvious preference for caucasians.
