If you have a kid take them to an amusement park. They have one amusement park called Happy Valley and although it's not DisneyLand or Universal Studios it's better than sitting at home playing video games or watching television at home.

The science museums are good I've been to one of them also around that area they have the olympic stadium and the water cube and I heard they had an excellent water park inside the water cube.
