Try Beijing Zoo market. You probably won't get much cheaper than that. You might have to compromise on the style though. I think Yashow is still the best if you can handle the bargaining. Otherwise, go to H&M or Zara.

Forget Beijing,, go to Afghanistan and get a genuine yak skin coat. Afghanistan is cold country. They know how to make warm clothing. Just make sure it is genuine yak, not Chinese immitation knockoff.. check the label for 100% yak.
