Q: Where can I buy US Letter 8.5 x 11 paper in Shanghai?
I need this paper because A4 is not really used in the US but I need it for US purposes.

All of my MS Word docs were prepared using 8.5 X 11. I have tried to change the size in MSW to A4 but when I print my docs, they print out badly. I do not want to do anything too time consuming for each and every document. If changing the paper size to A4 under Layout does not fix the issue then I would rather just buy the 8.5 X 11 paper.
I think, Chinese make paper from hemp .... 
sometimes, when they don't munch on hemp seeds. 
Do you know if A4 can be made out of hemp?
Maybe I should open new thread .... buTT .... then I'll need the bigger barn

haha,,, I read where for awhile some US currency was made from hemp. Paper was in demand during the Wars so alternatives were considered for currency manufacture.

On the serious: 'hemp has million applications with 'better', 'stronger', 'cleaner' , 'durable' ... '-than .... cotton .... Soil is completely regenerated after the hemp grow ... I was DD-ing 'weed' and applications of it and one Q always pops out: 'Why all this prohibition of weed?'
.... 'cause Pharmaceuticals make tonnes of dough with pills and other BS ....

I dunno,,,, I smoked some Mexican ditch weed as a teen, and I for one am glad I didn't care for it. Harmful or not, the stoners I seen growing up looked like they were a few bolts short of a running engine. Not judging, I like my pijiu in the evening, but I can't imagine Pot being any good for anyone, except unusual circumstances like chemotherapy patients.

Was working with US dude in Fuk. That guy had pills in bags. I've never seen such a thing. He came out of his fridge with smaller grocery bag full of pills.
I don't take any pills for anything. I stay away from MDs and hospitals as much as I can. I am not fan of being ill or sick. Some people enjoy being ill. It's mental thingy.
I take pain killer occasionally especially now when I am at ya-yi constantly, because I can't stand tooth-ache. I need tranquilizer after Novocain runs out.
I am like I have flu with high temp. when tooth-ache hits. All weak and horizontal till pain doesn't stop.

I gave all discount to Customs .as 'import duty' ... Fok-it, Liam is worth it!

I had a problem with A-4 paper when used in my HP printer, ending up with business letters with no real marging at all....... And also, jamming my printer frequently.
So, since I live in a small city ( 700,000 habitants only), I took a piece of a box and cut it to exactly 8.5 x 11 inches, and went to the local office supplies store and asked for copy paper this exact size, showing them the cut piece of cardboard. They started showing me A-4, and I kept on saying "Mei you" or "bushi". Finally, one bright girl there got inspiration, asked for my piece of cardboard, went into the storage room, and came back with a box of 8.5 x 11 paper.
Now, Shanghai is a lot bigger city, go to an office store near business district, do the cardboard trick and see if they can finally understand you do not want A-4 but 8.5 x 11 paper. I did tried Taobao, but got A-4 intead of the 8.5 x 11 I wanted. For Chinese mind, it is almost the same, so they call their A-4 by the 8.5 x 11 name.
