I'm no engineer, but seems strange the whole building to collapse like that.  Maybe we didn't see the whole story? Maybe they had already removed other main structures?  Or maybe not, maybe it's just shit construction like I see so much of around here.  The sidewalks are crumbling.  Makes me wonder how they build hi-speed rail lines and structures like the Canton Tower.

oh well....  Life's a mystery ~

Makes perfect sense it is standard procedure to demolish top down, not bottom up. (those were support beams they took out)

Some nice, also challenging roads in china.  Plenty more nice photos in this article. Most of the roads are in the mountainous western region of china. Starting from the top is Hubei, then a Sichuan to Tibet highway, Kunming and finally Gui-zhou.  Not a good idea to pack too much in your stomach before the trip.....lol
