Q: Which is better for fiber - unicom or telecom?

Which company is better in Shanghai if I have an apartment with fiber internet available - shanghai telecom or unicom?

Which has the faster and cheaper fiber?

I don't know if they have it in Shanghai, but the best fiber price & quality I received in Dalian was from China Mobile.  China Telecom came in second.

I would say unicom would have the better fiber. It would be cheaper and faster than china telecom.
