Q: Who drinks the non-refrigerated yoghurt?

Does anyone drink the yoghurt here from Xiaomaibu's that isn't in a fridge. It just looks so suspicious to me. All room temperature yoghurt, Why? What is in it that means it doesn't need to be refridgerated??? Or maybe I don't want to know.

It's probably treated similarly to UHT milk. High temperature to kill anything alive. The the point of yogurt is gone, no active bacteria for the tummy, then you are left with sugar and fat. 

as with all other Chinese brand foods, yogurt is far below the quality a tall European dude like me likes.

I did, it's good. Just had a minor side-effect of listeria. Or was that hysteria...
