Because China takes pride in it's delicious food! It is very important we Westerner talk about Chinese food a lot, because Chinesemen and Chinesewomen like KFC so much, if it continues in 50 years they will believe KFC is an ancestral Chinese gastronomy.

So keep the food going, Ludovico! Are you a cook yourself, or do you prefer to go to restaurants?
