Q: Why are the streets of Beijing so aweful?

Every time there's a downpour here, you literally have lakes at every big intersection flooding the place and making it impossible for pedestrians to cross. Who designed these roads???

In china they build things so that it looks pretty the very second they've finished building it. after that they dont care.
thats why so many highways get washed away, bridges collapse, , high speed train run into each other and other things we will never know about

and dont forget corruption
