Hi guys
I'm working as preschool teacher. seriously this school has amazing curriculum and activity and much more resources which I never found in other school.its been 2years and this school is still without principal. school has many other branches in tier1 to 3 cities. this school where I'm working is located in Tianjin suburb.teachers are pathetic here and very low educated. some of them are well educated but lazy. in fact myself and other people visit this school from management site. we made several request but sounds like nobody wants to hear
I want to ask my fellow foreigners in china based on your own experience is this kind of normal work culture here in china ? why most of the people are so weird ?
In fact boss and management aware of everything but nobody wants to care not even boss.its so strange.sad part is this school has everything and it can become great school.after working over a year here I feel really sad for those children. really so weird people.
Thank you

It's why these clever social scammers are so interested to see foreigners: Finally a mark!
Foreigners are so open and honest and free and don't understand China.
Hey, why does the easy mark see me coming? We need bigger dumbasses to give Foreign Expert Certificates to; these laowai are not gratifying! [male makes stoic blankface] [female makes juvenile poutyface]

You know what amazes me the most? How in the world could any decent human being even think that a foreigner wouldn't learn "lao wai" or "wai guo ren" after just being here for a few days?
I went on a hiking trip the other day and about 80% of the time a Chinese group passed us they were say "wai guo ren" or "lao wai" (if they said lao wai, which in my opinion is a ruder word... I would shout... "da lu ren" which an equally mocking tone because screw them). It baffles my mind to think these creatures (I refuse to call the people that do this, "human") can't even contemplate the fact the foreigners know when they are being called foreigners and thus, don't appreciate it (especially after 1 000 000 times). I say, make the Chinese feel stupid, make them feel embarrassed if they are lazy or rude. It's the only way they are going to learn (or do a decent job). It's the only way they have ever learned.

Good one, coin. Robk.... Fellas. I dunno what I'm going to say because I've really had a gutful tonight. Big sigh....... Yes, Chines ppl are useless, but that's by our definition.
In their eyes they are supreme and that's our comedic release balve.
Yes, it's perfectly normal.
Nothing you can do, nothing they'll ever care to do.
Yes, it sucks for the children, but there's still nothing you can do.
Yes, it could probably be great with just some extra shit given, but that's not happening.
I'm not sure what you mean by curriculum, but you might not want to believe whatever they proclaim for themselves (including being a foreign brand, whatever award or prize, having Yao Ming and Ghandi as their past students and such).
In the same respect, "resources" in facilities or equipment don't mean much.
Yes, it is normal.
Chinese, on average, are extremely lazy and indifferent. The good ones usually leave or get burnt out cause the boss will dump all of the work on their shoulders.
Just keep doing your thing and don't pay attention to them. Feel good in knowing that your life experience equald to about 5-10 times of theirs. And it is all their own damn fault.

Which district of Tianjin? Jinghai, Wuqing? I find that the schools in the central areas are quite good. It is true from my experience that they become poorly managed the further you go from the centre.
You tell us?
Being a Chinese should be easy for you.
Even Vicky can use "articles". Not a single "a" or "the" in your OP.
Tsk, Tsk...back to school for you!
Chinese do the minimum to get by, China is not a meritocracy, working hard will not get you promoted, building guanxi with influent people will.
