to the OP, if you are, as you claim, 22 years of age, it is reasonable to think that you would have done some online research yourself on a question like this first as to why you are tired.
if you can post a question, it certainly means you know how to use a computer and therefore know what a 'search engine' is. I just wrote ' why do i get tired?' into Bing and got thousands of articles to chose from.
you say in your question that you are tired, yet you give no reason why you think this might be the case, so based on the total lack of information you give, people give replies.
you show no evidence that you have examined your life-style before getting an answer like 'go to bed earlier', which is just basic common sense.
if you are going to waste your evenings and nights online, shopping or watching retarded entertainment programs or webcasts, if you are eating junk/processed food and not exercising enough, of course you are going to feel tired. But then basic research by yourself would show this - at 22 years old you are an adult and expected to be independent to some degree and responsible for your life-style choices.
i suggest next time you post a question at the very least show that you are not just being lazy and have at least one example of something you have tried to do to solve the problem. Otherwise you just seem like the kind of child, which is one of the things only creepy guys find attractive in women.
and i have worked in a university long enough to know that many of the so-called 'good girls' actually are girl-friends to local businessmen - it is easy to see them get into the big black cars every Friday with their 'uncles'.
So for all we know you are tired because of such weekend activity and are trying to study at the same time.
here is a suggestion for your next question:
'i have a question about ABC. I have tried X Y and Z but they don't work'
to be honest you are leaving yourself open to ridicule, and this is the internet.
if you post a question such as you have, you can not really expect only reasonable answers.
Have a look at this ... this will wake you up!

What does this graphic form say?It makes me feel a bit scary
icnif77:
The Gold chart is looking good. There is a very nice positive divergence between PMO and OBV tops and of course, the new PMO crossover BUY signal arrived as well. The loose rising trend channel is back in play as price recaptured support along the rising bottoms trendline and is holding onto it! Overhead resistance on the daily chart is the $1300 level, but the declining tops trendline could have a bigger impact.
There is an important overhead resistance test arriving around $1280. The green LT declining tops trendline on the daily and weekly charts has held as overhead resistance since its inception in 2012. Even if price can break above the declining tops trendline, horizontal resistance at $1300 could still pose a problem. Good news is that the 17-week EMA is hanging tough above the 43-week EMA and important $1200 horizontal support held. The weekly PMO rising again is a bonus as well.
Conclusion: The Dollar is struggling and that is helping Gold resume its rally. Last week saw a jump in the VIX and short-term corrections which will typically help Gold. These new signals could be representative of caution or concern with a bear market. However, with the SPX generating a new STTM BUY signal, new optimism may have arrived. If investors become less nervous, Gold could lose favor as it is widely considered a "safe haven" in rough markets.

Awake yet?

En……thanks,,,,,i feel so sober now that i can not sleep anylonger. You seem to know a lot about it,en,,,are you a doctor?
if you are 22, then you should be smart enough to evaluate your lifestyle and work out for yourself what the healthy and unhealthy things that you do are.
asking a random question without any background is not any basis for a reasonable or measured response.
Get together with sb who has insomnia , exchange half your fluids with each other.

LOL
a Chinese person might actually do that in the belief it would actually work, if it was dressed up as TCM
although, with Chinese people's obsession with virginity, if this poster, who is presumably a woman with a name like 'Sandra', maybe sleeping with a virgin man might solve her problem.
and there are plenty of virgin men in China
Englteachted:
Maybe being with a virgin Chinese guy is what's putting her to sleep
RandomGuy:
I know a dude in his 30s working as a staff supervisor in my local supermarket, I'm 100% sure he is a virgin. Not because of his outlook but his behavior in the presence of a woman.
Sandra007:
Hey guys, don't make fun of me anymore,it's not funny at all.Listen,i am a good girl
It's probably normal...for you. Stop obsessing about it or it may become an actual issue. If you feel tored, sleep.
And stop playing with uour phone until 3 am evrry night. Get in the habit if going to bed at aroind the same time each night. I like aroind 10:30~11:00.
Of course you could always jist buy a sex toy.
Sandra007:
hhhhhhhhh~you are right, but i usually go to sleep at 24:00 .I will try best to change.
get a job that is not as dull as creating fake accounts and posting questions such as this one
Sandra007:
Thank you for your suggestions,i also want to find a job first, but i am still in school right now.

because you probably suffer from chronic depression and have no aim in your life. You should find someone you like and overcome yourself by actually trying to start some meaningful conversations: it works better if you have REAL hobbies (e.g sleeping, shopping, internet, eating are NOT hobbies)
I can help you seriously, are you Chinese or a foreigner? (bodies are different)
