Sign up with Google Sign up with FacebookQ: Why does Need Answers have so many old questions
Today most of the questions in the unanswered question section between five and twenty eight weeks old. Including this question there are only three less than five weeks old. It seems to me that these are just not going to be answered. Why does admin not clear these out, is it to make this site look busier than it really is. A lot of these questions, due to their age, are irrelevant. Many have some sort of time factor in the question that would make answers now irrelevant.
I am so free..sometimes I think of giving some foolish answers as I am doing here but then I drop my idea thinking it might offend others....
but let's do it now
I once had a question that went unanswered for several hours. But that's hardly surprising given the inane questions I usually ask.
Old questions should expire. If they are not answered within, say a couple of weeks, no one will ever answer, or they will be answered by flashlight hunters.
The old Admin Cat used to empty them when he cleaned his litter box, I think this one goes outside and uses the sidewalk like everyone else.
Hi tomcatflyer, sorry for the late reply.
We don't delete the unanswered questions as that would cause the user who posted it to lose points.
Thanks,
Admin

if I look at history of answered questions, I see many questions are deleted. What are these? I see banned users questions remain.
