Q: Why is it so hard to find sun screen here in China?
Am I just not seeing it on the shelves or is there really a lack of sunscreen here?

Maybe cause its always smoggy/cloudy, many use them umbrellas.
China is lacking in almost all skin care products, with the exception of skin whiteners and anti wrinkle cream. You can usually find it in the big cities...
There were someone complaining we don’t tan, and u can find the highest sun scream in China. 100+.
Where do u live?
U should be able to find it in the smallest store like Family or 7 eleven....
I had to buy it as part of a woman whitening kit. Got a factor 30 sun screen and a nice little bottle of skin whitener 
I haven't found sunscreen in China. When I come, I always bring my own. It's because people here use umbrellas to keep the sun off of them.
