Q: will china try to reclaim korea?
the 1895 treaty which gave diaoyu to japan also granted korea it's independence. china is essentially pushing for the entire treaty to be nullified due to japan's defeat in ww2. will they then try to reclaim korea.
before you say this is a dumb question because no country would be so dumb, look at the map and see what china is trying to claim as their territorial waters.
Yes they can try but aside from Japan and who cares that Russia and North Korea back China, South Korea is our biggest ally in Asia. Plus all the military we have there, the jets, tanks, Soldiers, and aircraft, they won't dare even think of it. Seoul has around 20 million people in and around the metro, so that would be hell to take after getting thru the US military and the Koreans pretty much hate every other Asian race really bad not to mention.
Personally, I think they will let this one slide....
