You can watch here, tip there will be a lot of ads to click off the screen and secret 'x'" that you must click, kind of like an 'x" clicking game but after that the stream will load and you can watch it live, works with or without a VPN.  But works better with a VPN, go here:

I'd say no to tv, but pptv(I think) streams it online if you enjoy Chinese commentary.  If not, do as Ironman says and find an international stream.
