Q: Do I have a chance of getting an English teacher job since I'm not a native English speaker?

Thank you in advance

Cambodia is your country. Do your research and you will find that in Cambodia is still possible to find TEFL job relatively easy . Good luck .
Z visa and Working permit rules in China are centralized, i.e. rules do not differ from Province to Province, city to city and ...
You cannot get legal English teaching job in China unless you hold a native English passport (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa).
Read about it here:

You can try any search engine with "Requirements for teaching English in China" or similar in search for more ...
I suggest you try another country to work in if you are not a native English speaker.

I've tried several different countries (Russia, Armenia, Turkey, Spain and in EU overall ...) after I exited China in 2017, and it became extremely difficult to get a job as a non-native English teacher ...
I don't need a Working permit across EU, butT ... schools in EU rather get ET from any of the native English countries and apply for the Working permit, which is a costly and lengthy process than hire an experienced non-native English teacher, who can start legally working the following day.
Looking for the work as a non-native English teacher (last 5 years or so ...) wasn't any different than applying at NASA for "Fly-me-To-the-Moon" Program , so my advice is:
"Don't even try it! It's going to be a wasting of a time ...".
I'd like to hear any of the non-native English teachers refutes that ..., but I've tried ... and the best country for teaching English as a non-native English passport holder was China pre-2017 Labor law changes.
I liked Turkey too, but pay without any benefits was minuscule and honestly not worth the effort.
By the way, I've worked with Iranian English teachers in Istanbul with very clear, unaccented spoken English ...
Yes, you can. Try HENAN, Shanxi,Changsha, and Hainan Province. They all provide Z visa and then an ESL teacher work permit as long as you meet the other requirements ( BACHELOR DEGREE IN ENGLISH STUDIES/ EDUCATION or MA) but if you have a PHD in English studies you can gry other provinces too like SHANDONG.
Good luck!
P.S if your Bachelor degree is from a Native country then you are allowed to get a work permit even in Beijing.

... under condition somebody really wants you ... and they're willing to go through all the hoops on the way to get English teaching WP for a non-native English passport holder.
That what you state is a Law-on-the-Books, but reality is much, much different.
Most employers in China don't even know, that non-native English passport holder with BA completed in the native English country qualifies for an English teaching WP.
