When they are taking the secure deposit boxes out of banks, there is always a military van with a few Chinese teenagers dressed in blue camoflage (I mean seriously, it's the middle of the city... blue camo??) clutching shotguns. I have always wanted to seize one by the neck and threaten him with a fake firearm, because I'm convinced a) their guns don't have live rounds in, and b) they wouldn't know how to use them if something did kick off. Plus it would be a laugh.

here in Great White North Cdn where we hunt walrus,, maybe they hunt walrus at bank,,, blue camoflage, maybe they come from blue world i see before
Those are some funny looking guns as well.
Check out the barrels next time you see one. I'm pretty sure that if one were to fire a live round, the barrel would be ripped to shreds. They're rather small for a shot gun.
Yes they have live rounds. Last month in guangdong one of those teanagers left the safety off and when they were driving around he shot himself and died. So yup, live rounds.
