Q: E-Bike registration in Shanghai

Hi Guys,

 

I want to know some information , can anyone guide about it ?

 

I heard that every E-Bike should have registered in Shanghai in few months ..

 

1) Shanghai Registration Place only allow some specific companies' E-bike ?

 

2) Do anyone the location in MinHang district in Shanghai where can register ?

 

3) What is the max capacity of bettery bike we can use ? such as, I am interested in one 60V2000W13 E-Bike.

4) What are the disadvantages(fines) to drive non registered E-bike in shanghai ?

 

5) Need to wear Helmet for E-Bike to drive such motorbike style E-Bike ?

You should always wear a proper helmet, l don't think you can get one in China.
