Q: Flight delay, each compensated rmb 200, all blacklisted afterwards. Business is business?

Local article   Dec 10, 2017.   http://ag.mp.uc.cn/article.html?uc_param_str=frdnsnpfvecpntnwprdssskt&zzd_from=uc-iflow&dl_type=2&app=uc-iflow#!wm_aid=4a4729f6c52c40c9a91f7045bbf23521!!wm_id=ee11b35f428d4f9cb54206f4a65d1a4b

Story: A few days ago a Ms Liu tried to book a seat online with a certain airline (no name mentioned) to Harbin, only to find out she was blacklisted indefinitely by the airline, meaning she would not be able to fly with that airline anymore.

Flabbergasted she called the airline. It turned out in April (2017) during a trip she traveled with that airline from Shanghai to Harbin the flight was delayed for 7-8 hours.

Some passengers couldn't stand it and made a commotion, resulting in the entire bunch all refusing to board the plane.  (earthizen:  we all know what dalu flight  passengers were famous for)  It ended by the airline giving each a rmb 200 compensation. The plane finally was able to take off.

That was not the end of the story. The airline got its revenge by blacklisting all those passengers indefinitely. The article pointed this out, it was a typical mainland mentality, kowtow and revenge later when the stars were in your favor.

What would you do if you were a). Ms Liu, b). the airline's CEO?

Can you repost a link that works?

But a few notes on what you posted..

No fly lists... ahhh. Obama over reach... totally agree.

Big Government over business, its up to the business who they sell product to.

Are you saying a private airline should be forced by law to carry people they dont want to carry?

Wow, that sounds a bit like forcing Christian bakers to sell wedding cakes to gays.

What do you want? Big government regulation or consumer rights dictated by capatalist companies?

You are sending mixed messages.

Thanks Blondie... another obsure website posted by earth. I will spend a while tomorrow finding out who funds this news site. I dont know where Earth finds them all. Its as if he has a staff feeding him anti China stories.

I reckon earth is tied up with the ownership of ECC. He posts non stop anti China stuff, and nothing gets removed.

I think it great. As a libtard, the more earth posts, the more I can debunk.

I post this as an answer, not for the points... put to put it at the top as a typical stupid anti china post we should all be aware of. Reverse proganda and all that.

Why does earth post incomplete, or over complete links. With his training he should know how to cut and paste links that can be followed.

Or has he been trained to leave no trace.

As a collective group of free thinking indivuduals, we need to fight back againt this propaganda. We want discussion and mutual agreement. Left and right can converse.. and meet somewhere in the middle. Earth wants fake news... blame on left.

Sorry dude, you rant and rave all you want... the sensible people will sort it out.

There was a story a while ago, on mainstream media, about an American doctor being dragged off a plane. Where did that happen? Was it China?

Doing a Jeff Sessions here... I cant recall

I find 'blacklisting after the compensation demand' reasonable ... surprise especially if Airline has often delays ....

Ban them all 'cause they are familiar with 'compensation game', so you (Airline) will cut the operating cost.

A:Wow, you really found that nitpicky talking point that elevates the fossil fuel industry to the same level as the interests of humanity. Isn't it all just a "liberal" scam, if you don't look too closely at the absence of logic? "Yes, it must be. My masters are hinting that that's what I should believe!"

You've made it clear you are consciously ignoring the pollution and global warming. Since your handlers, the conservative establishment whose dismantling of the carbon credit system and environmental destruction you choose to ignore, have made it clear you should bark in this direction, you are eager to please!

Such an admirably domesticated, dependable, subservient human. I'm sure your handlers will throw you a bone while they bring home the bacon for themselves. You're so obedient, you deserve a doggie cookie! Who's a good boy? You are! Yes, you are. U-S-A! Woof woof woof! -- coineineagh
