Q: Food diversity affects body Immune system?

I'm exposed myself to food from diffrent countries and I developed a diversity diet.

I have brought sushi and imported frozen steak home for my family, they got ill after eatting them.

I never become ill for eatting all the food(Chinese, American, Greece, English, dutch, India, Japnese.,etc)

I found two of my American ex got ill for getting Chinese food.

So I assume that my immune system is improved for my diversity diet.

How's your immune system?

Maybe it does, your previous exposure to that food get your body ready with antibody to take it more easily for the second time.

As for me, I do not remember having food poisoning or any other problem related to food in my life yet, And I eat street foods, Indian food, Chinese food, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Thai all kind of foods.

But it must have to smell good and taste good. also,

Food must be freshly made.

I need China my immune system is shut...literally! I can’t reme the last time I had a solid dump in Chiba! No matter what style of food I eat.

Yet when I travel outside China for a week or two it suddenly reverses & im dropping solid logs daily!

Food diversity does something for us, I wouldn't be surprised if it helps the immune system too.  I've been eating street-food, and heaven knows what in E/Se Asia for somewhere up around 15 years, (bugs in Isan, rat in Zhejiang, cobra in Taiwan, woof, woof in Guangdong, meow in SZ, etc.) doesn't bother me beyond an occasional run-in with diarrehea, but that sh*t is to be expected!  haha

I'm also tripped-out on how our first-world friends show up over here and complain about lack of hygiene and all that stuff they go on about,,,,  like is this 'real' beef? or whatever,,,  haha. Tongue. shoulda vacationed @ Disneyland.

Food diversity strengthens your immune system because of exposure to different bacteria, so does travel. Of course Chinese only eat Chinese food from China, so they have no exposure to bacteria from other places.

I suppose exposure to different cultures has similar benefits to the mind...in terms of tolerance and immunities.

How long does it take you to go home? Maybe the food went bad. Chinese, unfortunately know nothing about food safety, you should learn about it.

A:Wow, you really found that nitpicky talking point that elevates the fossil fuel industry to the same level as the interests of humanity. Isn't it all just a "liberal" scam, if you don't look too closely at the absence of logic? "Yes, it must be. My masters are hinting that that's what I should believe!"

You've made it clear you are consciously ignoring the pollution and global warming. Since your handlers, the conservative establishment whose dismantling of the carbon credit system and environmental destruction you choose to ignore, have made it clear you should bark in this direction, you are eager to please!

Such an admirably domesticated, dependable, subservient human. I'm sure your handlers will throw you a bone while they bring home the bacon for themselves. You're so obedient, you deserve a doggie cookie! Who's a good boy? You are! Yes, you are. U-S-A! Woof woof woof! -- coineineagh
