Q: How do I report my last company or which government body can I complain too?
Hi, I'm sure this has been talked about here and I am probably wasting my time trying but I have to ask. How do I report my previous company? My last company made a mess of my visa by using different details in my resume to get the visa. So now when I try to get an invitation letter for the working visa in a new job it keeps getting rejected because what is in my resume and what I give them (work experience, dates) is different to what my last company gave the Chinese government. This has been a NIGHTMARE that has been going on for months and I really want to get my last company for causing me all this trouble (I was going to use harsher words to describe my feeling). Any legal help or ideas you guys could give me would be great !

You can contact (phone) SAFEA (Foreign Expert Bureau) in the city, where School is located.

School should send you an Invitation letter (and other documents), then you should go to the Chinese Embassy in your state, and apply for Z visa.

OP: Can you talk about names in your post? City, name of the School, name of the dean, and so on.
As I know, you can get rejected when School applies for your Working permit. Some Provinces in China (Liaoning, Sichuan,....) require FT should be from Native English country. Non-native English teacher will be rejected for the first Working permit in Liaoning and Sichuan. Once Non-native teacher has WP (from other Province), School in Sichuan or Liaoning can extend Residence permit. Invitation letter is letter written by the School, and as the title said 'School is inviting you to come to China and work for them'.
So you want to report the school for actually being honest? Using the information you provided in your resume. And what should be the punishment for them using the information you gave them?
you got it wrong... his school changed his real resume to a fake one in order to get his Z visa (for what reason so ever)

But, CV is not document. I don't understand, what School had faked. Did School write in his CV FT worked in China, but he really didn't or what?

the problem is that china needs proves of all your working experience and they hack it into their computer. now the same name tries to get another visa and they government see oh wait we got this guy already in our data... lets check! mh why did his cv changed? he was lying! REJECTED!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111111

So, where does OP getting info about 'Invitation letter being rejected'? I'm sure, PSB or FEB didn't tell him that.
If School's admin. is telling him 'Invitation letter get rejected', just tell School your first CV is not correct. 'We made a mistake when we copy it!' School admin. will go to FEB, and tell them that.
OP was asking first, 'why Invitation letter is getting rejected, while he's applying for it online'. Now, when we sorted out, one cannot apply for Letter online, OP has problem with different CV. No ming bai!
This part is completely new to me, and I'm looking forward to explanation of 'Invitation letter getting rejected'.

as far as I know you personally cant apply for a invitation letter. My company applied an invitation letter from the government...

The company changed my resume for some reason to get the visa. When you get a working visa you need to give information about where you previously worked etc. The information the govt has now and what i have (in my resume) is now different. Essentially it appears that i am being dishonest.

I have an electronic copy and they tried it and it still didn't work, so they must've changed something else.

I found this out when a school in tangshan i was chasing got rejected 5 times. We changed dates, details, checked everything. My company made a real mess.

Why would School applied for your Working permit five times? I don't understand, why would School go through this 'abuse'.
I think, Companies are more pragmatic. In other words, 'apply twice, and find another teacher (move on).
i recommend just letting it go
most of the business owners here (including school owners and teaching agencies) they have very good connections with the government and have people on payroll a.k.a Guanxi
your complaints will do nothing and it might backfire
by backfire i mean they can cancel your residence permit and get you blacklisted or worse if they have good enough connections

OP doesn't have RP! OP's waiting in his home to pick-up Z at Chinese Embassy. OP's already having (some different) troubles with Gov., if statement 'School applied for WP 5 times, and get rejected' is true. I would for sure change my 'destination' country in that case.
OP's 'trouble' might originated earlier, if FT left School (and RP) overnight, without 'Resignation and things'. I am sure, School (in the same Province) cannot get 2nd WP, if FT just quit previous School (RP).
FT might get WP in other Province. On the second thought, I am sure Gov. knows, what FT did in other Province earlier.
