Q: How is the popularity of boxing in China coming along?

It seems that boxing in China has come along fairly well, but I haven't seen any promotions or events since I've been here. Do you know where I can watch a boxing match in China preferably in Beijing? How far has it come from Muhammid Ali's days to Thai Kickboxers challenging Chinese Boxers and the female world champion eyeing an Olympic Gold?

A:"As one would expect with any regulatory overhaul of China, there was a distinct nationalist flavor to the new rules: among other things, they also ban the teaching of foreign curriculums, tighten scrutiny over the import of textbooks and forbid the hiring of foreign teachers outside of China -- a curb that could have severe consequences for startups like VIPKid that specialize in overseas tutors. The government also ordered local authorities to tighten approvals for companies providing training on extra-curriculum subjects."  Curbing of the no. of Chinese students fancy to study at Western Universities ...i.e. lowering of the education cost overall. It's funny Zero's comparison between Chinese real estate market (bubble) and education cost ... -- icnif77
