Q: Why do some new posters not make more of an effort?

it amuses me to see new posters who clearly have not put any effort into their alias.

but this has to be the LAZIEST i have come across:
a poster who hs chosen random letters/numbers for an alias
z4f51bvb2vbv3

Are you just going to spam or is this another Admin alias created to make the site look more active, since it has been all but destroyed in the last couple of years?

just asking.

EDIT:
I see this alias has been deleted - WELL DONE ADMIN, " !!

"yuanh" is a much better effort !

all we need now is the generic 'question'

Dear Admin,

why are you deleting Vi's questions?

by refusing to be up-front you are losing face internationally.

This is a forum where non-Chinese interact, but all you are doing is demonstrating that you have no idea how to deal with non-Chinese people.

By replying to me by PM, by refusing to answer me when I email you, this is not good for the site.

I could not give a toss if i get a lot of 'down-thumbs', but all you are doing is making the once good and useful site nothing better than a waste-land.

is that what the site owner wants?

just asking - especially as I would now NOT recommend anyone using this site as it is now.

No spam 'cause BTC is trading sideways and I have more free time beside staring into the chart for the whole day ...

Now, the problem I see is most of my trading buddies are into alternative cryptos, so I'll might became busy elsewhere, again.

Somebody, I mean, it wasn't me ..   ... made a killing on EOS alt coin with over  2200% gain in less than a month ...

In simple math, that's an initial investment multiplied by 22 ...

A:Most of the companies still use traditional methods of hiring such as, interviews, resume reviews, background screening, etc. HR professionals still follow the several, decades old pattern of personality assessments but in a quicker and efficient way, which will yield accurate results. Employee assessments tools are extremely beneficial in realizing the results are quantifiable and go a long way in ascertaining the work style and behavioral attributes of potential employees before they set foot into your company. In-fact they take out the guesswork involved in recruiting the employees who can work together.  The major benefit of the assessment tools is not confined to the hiring process, but also used as an effective tool of employee retention. The assessment tool will identify the gap between employee work style and job needs. They provide you a road map for recruitment of prospective employees and the further development of essential traits such as, leadership ability, individual development, team communications and conflict resolution. It will also help the employees to make better, satisfying and successful career choices. Nowadays more and more organizations are integrating personality assessments with skill tests, leadership evaluations, 360-degree assessment, evaluation and feedback, disc personality profile and behavioral assessment. -- LoganMountgarre
