Q: Why does my hair bother her?

Sitting in the back of the class with 20mm false eyelashes glued to her eyelids, a Chinese TA who has never spoken to me before says, "Oh...you have bangs." It wasn't a questions but I simply said yes. She then says with a smirk, "I had bangs but mines grew back."

I ignored the statement because I wasn't offended. I was just wondering why was she intentionally trying to be rude and why was she so concerned with me and my hair. I could have responded to her in a nice, sarcastic manner but I decided that she wasn't worth it. My plan was to kill her with silence and come back next week with a totally different hairstyle.

"Mines grew back" Yes, B**** and that is the only that grows on you because you look like you somehow got stuck into the puberty process.

Not only did she have to pay more for her fake lashes than I did for my weave, but she takes 2 hours out of her life to have them applied each time.

My question is: Why are Chinese people so ignorantly contradictory?

You cannot laugh at a another woman's choice of a beauty product when you use them as well. 90% of Chinese personal products have bleaching chemicals in them, every other Chinese woman that I see on the metro has false lashes and they wear make up, 80% of South Korea's Asian blepharoplasty and wide jaw and cheek correction patients are Chinese women and every mall that I have visited in China has had an expensive hair weave store.

This particular female obviously bleaches her skin, wears make-up, and false eyelashes but thinks she can try to come for me. I am almost thinking that the skin bleaching is not even a choice because the chemicals are in almost everything.

She is just so....

haha,, I'll probably get into trouble for this,,,  I thought you are telling all of us that you are 'black, negro' person.  I'm not sure of how supposed to say it these days.

Anyway, haha,, I don't know much about girls hairdos, but I didn't think a black person could get Bangs ??  I thought African person's hair was all scrunchy.  (I also don't know the word for that either). but,, not straight and couldn't get bangs.

hmmm,,, I got a lot of learning to do to catch up to 2018 it seems.....

To me this just sounds like someone trying to make conversation and you being a drama queen and blowing it up into something it's not.

Ingredients:

1. 2-3 melanzane, skin peeled and tops cut off;

2. 1 cup of flour;

3. 2 eggs beaten-add some milk;

4. 1 cup of breadcrumbs;

5. 1 cup of olive oil;

6. 3-4 tomatoes;

7. 1 stroke of garlic&bunch of parsley;

8. Red & Black pepper powder.

Prep:

Cut melanzane on thin-length-slices. Each long slice shouldn't be thicker than 2-3 mm. Sharp, long knife is necessary for this operation!

Dip each melanzane slice into flour, then into eggs and the last 'roll them softly into the breadcrumbs ...'

Load all lightly breaded slices on the plate and heat-up the pan with oil ready to fry ... I use mix of olive and corn oil for frying ...

Stick individual breaded eggplant slice into frying pan until light brown colour on both sides.

Once, melanzane slice is right colour, i.e. not too dark brown!, load them on the plate covered with paper napkin for absorbing off excessive oil.

Finely chop garlic, parsley and mix it in cup of olive oil .... Thin slice tomatoes on smallest squares possible. Mix all sliced tomato, chopped garlic&parsley&olive oil. Add half spoon of red&black pepper, pinch of salt and thoroughly mix it with spoon.

Use spoon to spread tomato/garlic/parsley/olive oil mix onto the fried melanzane.

Serve as an appetizer with gallon or two of table red wine ... name of the dish is 'Melanzane Napolitana'.

This culinary masterpiece was a cause I mixed word 'melanated' und 'melanzane' ...

On me UE earplugs C. Santana is blasting ''Europa - Earth's Cry, Heaven's Smile'', Live in Las Vegas, May 2015 with great guitar solo ....

P.S.

'melanzane' Italian for an 'Eggplant' ...

It must be hard work to feel so superior to everyone else constantly and still have the energy to try to find something offensive in absolutely everything.

Does deep seated racism and an overbearing sense of entitlement give you a bit extra in your tank to find fault with everyone but yourself?

Why would you get a weave? It shows you're not proud of your natural hair.

What is a weave? Did you buy a basket or blanket or rug or something?

A:Wow, you really found that nitpicky talking point that elevates the fossil fuel industry to the same level as the interests of humanity. Isn't it all just a "liberal" scam, if you don't look too closely at the absence of logic? "Yes, it must be. My masters are hinting that that's what I should believe!"

You've made it clear you are consciously ignoring the pollution and global warming. Since your handlers, the conservative establishment whose dismantling of the carbon credit system and environmental destruction you choose to ignore, have made it clear you should bark in this direction, you are eager to please!

Such an admirably domesticated, dependable, subservient human. I'm sure your handlers will throw you a bone while they bring home the bacon for themselves. You're so obedient, you deserve a doggie cookie! Who's a good boy? You are! Yes, you are. U-S-A! Woof woof woof! -- coineineagh
