Q: Why isn't eChinacities working with my regular internet today?

I've never had any problems viewing eChinacities on standard internet before, but today I have to use a proxy.  What's going on?  I'm so curious.

Not sure sometimes they do maintenance on the site. Since I'm not sure when you logged on you would probably have to ask the admin on this one. The only problem with logging in to Echinacities for me was whenever they were doing some type of maintenance on the site.

Sometimes certain things are blocked, not by the normal firewall, but by whatever internet source you are using. Who knows, maybe tomorrow it will be fine.

It is blocked by some VPNs. I'm not sure why, but it won't come up if I'm using freegate.
