Q: why is taken so long for "me too" to hit airlines?

I have worked security in some high profile wealthy places and have heard pilots brag constantly about sleeping with the help and heard female staff trying to seduce a pilot to get on his crew.

I am truly amazed this hasn't blowed up yet given the political climate that exist today.https://www.yahoo.com/gma/alaska-airlines-pilot-accuses-co-pilot-rape-lawsuit-121003043--abc-news-topstories.html

The only result of metoo right now is that ever more men refuse to even look at or interact with Western women, preferring instead women from other horizons.

The wonder of globalization is that men now have the choice, they are not limited to women from their own country, so women are in direct competition with each others.

Why would anyone choose a fat Western feminist over a thin Asian or a fit Russian is beyond me, especially now in the era of metoo where said feminist thinks she is a goddess.

And some business owners back home have even begun to not hire women because of metoo, way too risky since they don't need any sort of proof for their claim of harassment.

Metoo is destroying women's opportunities in society, but oh well.

Another possible bogus claim. Never went to the police or hospital who could have sampled her blood for any date rape drugs. But she did go to a union rep 2 days later. So she is blaming the employer for an off work encounter?

If I invite a female co-worker out for drinks (off work) and she steals my car, I don't go to the police, I wait 2 days and go to the union, how am I to expect the employer to just fire him?

Additional info, according to a comment:

Narly G.12 hours agoThey are working. They were just taking a mandatory eight hour break. That's what a layover is. The airline was paying for the hotel and meals. But they weren't supposed to be drinking alcohol because you can't drink eight hours before your next flight. The airline got involved because a flight attendant saw them drinking and turned them in. That's why they got called the next morning and charged with violating rules.

This explains 2 things. 1. Why this is a workplace matter, 2. and it also explains why report it to the union rep.

This could lend evidence to this being a made up claim to avoid punishment. A police report would put the pilot in danger of jail time (you wouldn't want that for someone you were intimate with). Her focus seems to be on the airline, this explains why.

A:Going to HK would be the best bet I reckon, especially if you were looking for a church wedding. Chinese weddings are pretty grim IMO - you go to a barren govt dept with souless officials and navigate red tape so some guy can give you a red stamp and a marriage book. You get expensive pictures taken of you both posing in places you'd never go to in everyday life that is somehow supposed to represent your wedding, then a while later it's off to a restaurant where a game show host kind of guy makes sure it's as tacky as possible while the guests eat as fast as they can so they can leave as soon as they finish eating and gave you money. Hell, I'd go to Thailand or the Philippines and get married in Paradise.   -- Stiggs
