No advice, I just hope it actually is help though, not the kind so commonly given by the States where money's lent, then used by the States' own businesses and the loans paid off by the working man of the country being 'helped' and the debts further used to create pressure to privatize and sell off education, transport, give military aid, vote on the side of the States in UN meetings, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.
