The republican pool is making it a hell of a lot easier for the O-man to win.

Does Obama really need another 4 years to have the change he was talking about in his first election? That was the question that was being asked lately and to me if he hasn't made the change now he won't ever make the change. So no I don't think he should be re-elected since he didn't have a high approval rating and the change he was talking of never happened. Give somebody else the chance to make the change happen.

Presidents almost always twiddle their thumbs in their first term (Bush excluded cuz 9-11), and worry about their legacy in their second term. It's been that was as long as there's been term limits.

I won't vote for Obama, Romney, Santorum or Gingrich. I hope to God Ron Paul runs as a Libertarian or Independent. Obama is on a mission to destroy America through debt. The US government only makes about 2.5 trillion dollars or so a year and he just unveiled his new 2012 budget which will add over a trillion more dollars to the debt. He's weak. No confidence and no masculinity. He doesn't have the power to make the parties cooperate with each other and he knows that. So he tries to unite people against an outside "threat". Right now that threat is Iran.

who cares, the rep party and dem party are controlled by the same group. the rep circus is being done on purpose. the people who are actually in controll need obama to remain in office. buddy roemer and ron paul are ignored why? becoz they are not under control of the rep party. jfk was the last president of the people he went against the wishes of the establishment (who wanted ww3 w/ russia) and for that, they killed him. they sent a very strong message to all future candidates. obama is insignificant. whoever is presdident is insignificant. this is all theatre to those who are gullible enough to believe that they are the ones making the choice. democracy is dead and has been dead for a long while now.

My personal opinion? Obama sucks. But then again, they all suck. The whole thing has gone to hell in a hand-basket.
That's just my take on things.

any president will he fcked by any new plans/reforms. they will get into office and assume the role that is given. I like ron paul for his enduring honesty, but he would also be ineffectual because of the rest of the shit that goes on. obama did have a chance to be the change, but the political powers that be didnt agree. its fcked before it starts. the power still lies with the corporations that have money to lobby. they are all out for their own interests.

At least Obama has tried to do the right thing instead of pretending to do it. Obviously he has alot offorces alligned against him with the sole purpose of making anything he tries to do fail. Considering the obsticles he he is up against I think he has done a superb job. The repugs and their corperate agenda will do everything in their power to turn America into a fuedal state, and if they win...the process will begin in earnest. Remember what happened last time the Repugs controlled the house, the senate and the white house?

I am dreaming, but none the less am hoping that the dems win back the house and crack the 60 seat bariier in the senate to stop the Republican obstructionism, as well as an Obama lanslide. Maybe then Obama will have the balls to tackle REAL reform, like ending the failed war on drugs.

This is kind of a moot question as there is no one of note even attempting to run against Obama. There's actually 3 republican sects right now and none of the candidates can unite them to cause any concern to Obama. Ron Paul has no chance in hell now simply because of his stance on abortion and what's been in the news lately.
It will be Obama by default.
