Q: 2 independant reports of Chinese English... pls help to find them!

Hi guys and gals/

I recall sometime back (months, maybe a year or so) about 2 large English schools doing some 'research' which found that Chinese English the worst in the world.

My google-fu isn't working too well.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for these??

(pls, this is for a case study, so no silly answers this time... pretty please?? Thanks! :)  )

Everybody is entitled to their own opinions and that's probably what that was. It's very interesting I'll try to look it up for you and see what I can come up with. But really to me it seems like someone's opinion. I've actually heard that many times from people and if I go googling for it right now I can probably find something immediately.
