Q: Addicting Chinese dishes

Is there any dish you are particularly addicted to? Something you discovered in China and, thus, cannot find back home, and feel like eating every single day?

As for my self, I find guo ba (toasted rice) dipped in any sort of soup to be delicious even though such a simple and poor type of food. Let's not talk about the super unhealthy and greasy but incredibly addictive stir-fried eggplants with garlic or grilled eggplants with a ton of garlic sauce. The list can go on and on...

not yet . the food of china is tasty but for chinese not on my tongue...... chinese foods Oh my God. though chinese food over here crashed the imagine which was in my mind when i was in my hometown....... until now not any hope i can discover something nicer.
