Q: An advice question...

Is it normal behavior to ask for career advice on an internet forum, then harp on anyone who gives you advice that you don't agree with, and call them stupid?

Yes, because you were foolish enough not to give them the advice that they wanted to hear. A lot of people only want positive reinforcement of their pre-conceived notions.
