Q: With all the Christmas festivities I see advertised around China...

are there any Santa Clauses dressed up? If there are, who do they use?

Have not seen any one yet, but my guess is that they would use a fat Chinese, they are cheaper.  Now, how do you say "Ho, Ho, Ho" in Mandarin ?

DaBen:

Hire Chinese? What are you talking about? The real Santa always shows up to anything like this. Traveling around to all this different shopping malls and Christmas parties is how he gets warmed up before he has to pull his all-nighter on Christmas Eve.

I thought Japanese Sumo wrestlers in the off season would make kick-ass Santas!

Now I have this mental image of Santa wearing nothing but a sumo thong.
