Am I alone in struggling with vulnerability? How do you define vulnerability? What makes you feel vulnerable? Belonging? Love?
Are you sure you are not confusing "vulnerable" with "needy"
You can feel vulnerable for a number of reasons. It doesn't have to be a bad thing.
I guess we all struggle with vulnerability, the only people who are invulnerable are dead people. But indulgence is an unattractive trait in anyone, so stop obsessing on negatives and just get on with it is my advice. The last poem by guitarist Jimi Hendrix read 'The story of life is quicker than the wink of an eye. The story of love is hello and googbye. Until the next time'. Then he drowned the next day in a pool of his own vomit. Can you imagine how much vomit it takes to fill a pool? Cheer up love.

Yes, you are right. Should always try not to let things bother ourselves. Take a deep breath, think positively. Life is damn beautiful! I love so many things, music, singing, movies, muffins, cookies, cakes, flowers, the nature~~~~a lot of things.............................................How much vomit to fill up a pool??Post another question, see anyone knows? haha
I also struggle with vulnerabilities. People always trying to attack my weak points for massive damage.
