find some consultant in pakistan, these consultants know the way for getting you into china. MONEY TALKS IN CHINA A LOT MORE than you can imagine it. Native speaker is not important, many indian, pakistani, koreans, russians, africans and etc etc.. people are coming here for teaching or do some part time jobsor particular teaching job. you can show some ILETS, TOEFL scores or certificate maybe that can work. you can learn some chinese if there is any institution in pakistan offering chinese language course with certificate. maybe that can make your case more stronger. find some register english language company in china to offer you job maybe their offer can for getting you the visa.

if nothing happens Pray to God the One and only hope we can have..... May you get a fine job

However sunilsah 2050, I think that's abit harsh and abit discriminating with what you just commented though?I think that pakistan person is just trying to get a job. Just for everybody info. Everybody has the right to teach English if they are qualified and also outspoken and also speak fluent English. Native English speakers are not born automatically to speak English. As a baby if they are not taught or educate properly their English are just as half baked as well. Next, Why learn English from someone who himself is learning English? I wouldn't agree with that.

First, English is considered a compulsory language for most countries around the world. And if there is a market need, Employment from other countries if their English is fluent they should be considered. That is why in most European countries they do not show discrimination in their Employment contract. As long as if you are qualified and had good English accent and fluent in your speaking then you are qualified.

Next, English/British/American even if they are native but if their parents do not taught them English but speak Spanish or Japanese, I doubt they would know what English language is. So language in fact are taught. Btw, one more thing, Even if English, Do you know American, British, Kiwi, Ozzie, all had different English accent and they speak in different slang.

People are just humans. They learn..And I am a Foreigner, but guess what, at least I teach my nephew who is just two years old. He speak English and Mandarin, two language fluently at the same time. And he doesn't speak just normal English but fluent English like Native English Speaker/sing rhyme like native speaker and excellent mandarin. That's what I call great!! Having one language nowadays is not good enough. For myself, I speak 4-5 other foreign languages.

Another thing in getting a job in china in which you must have in mind is;It will be difficult for you if you dont have light skin, blue eyes or blonde hair.Even if your english is not good at all, once you have this things, blue eyes,Blonde hair and light skin, you will easily get a job and get your working visa...If they can be discriminating qualified Indians,Africans and be employing unqualify russians just because of they appearance,it might be little difficult because as far as i know,You don't have this things on you.Try somewhere else like Inner Mongolia as someone already suggested.

Hi Bro,
well myself is pakistani and i taught 1 year in china and earned handsome amount of money but here is the case chinese love to hire teachers who are white and blonde or you can say (Skin Talks in China).

do not think that you are pakistani and china has good relation with PK so you will be given extra attention there no way, chinese do not know about any relationship except USA.

in my case i was not hired from Pakistan i was hired for teaching from Unitedkingdom and i am bit white as well and my english accsent is as strong as any english men, secondly i have done my Master degree from the University of Birmingham which is one of the top 50 universities of the world and i am living in UK since 5 years now.

i think in your case you can find a job in china but not in a big cities or try to find a job in muslim cities and villages of China.

ok, best of luck Smile Smile

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
