You are not legal to work on anything other than a 'Z' visa.
you can not work just because you are married to a Chinese person, you need to get the correct visa.
Anyone who tells you different is not honest, especially if they are offering you a job: they will take advantage of your illegal status.
Unfortunately not.
You can only legally work on a Z visa or a D visa. The difference between the two is that a Z visa is both job and company specific, and the company needs a license to hire foreigners. A D visa is like a limited US green card, it allows to to work anywhere, but it expires after a few years.
It's a silly law, but that's the law.
No work on a family visa.

You can only work online and have the salary sent to a different country than sent back to you or have sent to your husband and that makes it legal.
