Q: Any advice about training Chinese teachers?
My headmaster in an training school i worked at, she told me her Chinese English teachers were struggling in class to make it interesting, to involve the students and basically be creative and cant speak much english language at all. So she asked if I would give them a short training session regarding to their poor language abilities. Does anyone have any advice about this matter? I was thinking of giving them some printouts of some basic ESL activities and actually talk about some general conversation topics.any ideas or suggestions on how to do present an chinese teachers basic english language adult training.

My advice is that the head-master should hire teachers who can actually speak english, not just hire anyone because they are cheap. if you can look on the internet about short ESL lesson's, surely they can too
