Q: any and all foreigners north of 30 degrees north?

You need to, should, rethink your location. Give your head a shake, have it examined.

43 degrees north here - I do need to get my head examined but not for this reason - been a cold weather person my whole life. In fact, I went on a nice walk in the park today as the temperature was a balmy 8 degrees C. It was quite a pleasant March day up in dongbei if I don't say so myself.

Kaifeng, Henan, on +10*C in the evening, sunny during the day and some 4 degrees higher.

Spring in full swing, however summer sucks here. 'Million' or so rainy days in 3 months by yearly report on 'Yahoo weather'.

I shook all heads for this post.

It's not my nature! It's Chinese way of doing business!

I think, I lived in more than 15 different cities in 6Y in China. However, I didn't plan that. I completed Contract at 2 schools, and I wouldn't move (not even from small Fuk., Xinjiang), but I had to.

I promised myself in 2014 (after Xinjiang), I will never plan to stay in the same city for 2nd Contract, but I'll always look for the new position/city, before the end of the contract.

Moving is PIA. I'd rather stay.
