Best bet is Carrefour's international section, if they have a carrefour. In areas with few foriegners you can still get proper coffee, granola bars...etc

Sabrina's Country Store is even better than Carrefour. There's one on Kehuabeilu accross from the West gate of Sichuan University. It's a bit pricey but they have everything...snacks, canned goods, chips, coffee, soda, pasta, etc.
