Q: Any foreigners in Urumqi wanting to hang out?

Living in Urumqi? In need of a friend to hang out with and share local knowledge? Get in touch, it'd be great to meet some other foreigners.

Xian, I came across this page on the Web. It may be of interest to you -- it talks about Urumqui, bars and clubs for expats, etc. Maybe you have seen it -- maybe you haven't.  Let me know.
